Test principle:

DC(Deoxycholate) ELISA Kit은 competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay(경쟁적 ELISA) 원리를 기반으로 합니다. 제공되는 microtiter plate는 DC 항원으로 사전 코팅되어 있으며, 표준물질(standards) 또는 시료(samples)를 각 well에 첨가한 후 biotin-conjugated anti-DC 항체를 추가합니다.

이후 Horseradish Peroxidase(HRP)가 결합된 Avidin을 각 well에 넣고 반응시킵니다. TMB substrate 용액을 첨가한 후 효소-기질 반응을 유도하며, 반응은 황산(sulphuric acid) 용액으로 정지됩니다. 생성된 색 변화는 450nm ± 10nm 파장에서 분광광도계로 측정됩니다.

시료 내 DC 농도는 표준 곡선(standard curve)과 비교하여 OD 값 기준으로 정량적으로 산출됩니다.
